PRISM is a company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, that prides itself on being able to deliver quality, affordable solutions for individuals and small to medium sized businesses. We specialize in Information Technologies, and much of our work stems from the good ol' Web. PRISM concentrates its energies on three main fields in the info biz:

WINDOWS SOFTWARE

We make quality software to address specific needs that have been overlooked by the "big guys." Hardware Calculator 0.90 Beta, an application used to assess the value of combinations of PC Hardware, was recently released. The final version (1.00) will be available on March 15, 1996. Our next project will be somewhat less specific than Hardware Calculator. Still in the development stage, it is currently untitled. It will be a radically different HTML construction application, making working with frames and building home pages, incredibly easy. Look for a beta version to come out sometime during August '96.

WEB PAGE DESIGN

With the Net being an integral part of PRISM, we pride ourselves in being able to spin some Web ourselves. Combining elements of style, design, aesthetics, and functionality, we will make yours a successful Web site. Send us your info and graphics, and we'll integrate them with frames, forms, imagemaps - whatever you want! We deliver quality HTML for a very competitive price.

ELECTRONIC MANUALS

One of the most important things in today's society is the flow of information. Often, however, information, especially on the subject of computers, are limited to books. And these books are often very expensive (as in about $60 CDN) - often with good reason. It takes large amounts of money to get books printed and distributed. At PRISM, we believe we've found a solution. Instead of distributing books the conventional way, we can and will distribute them in HTML, thereby making them available to anyone on any platform, while avoiding printing costs. Of course, any book we produce will also be optionally available in print. Our current project, due out Summer '96 is a guide to HTML 3.0, as well as an excercise book. Both are currently untitled.
